The fascinating chromatic composition of natural elements, drawing on local inspiration, delineates the refined perspectival contrast between the building’s two volumes.
The large, expansive windows that characterize the facade weave in a new fineness and character, enclosing volumes framed with refined contours/outlines in terrazzo and pink bricks, designing exclusive screens from which to admire the charming surroundings. The concrete and elegant aesthetic is combined with warm coloured natural materials, encapsulating the unique mindset of Isay Weinfeld, able to blend modern elegance with tropical vibrancy.

The Elisa sees the brilliant strokes of Isay Weinfeld, the Brazilian, cosmopolitan natured architect, come together for the second time on the international stage with the real estate developer and international builder FPMC/FPNY.
Together As One
This successful pairing, arising from an international invitational Design competition set up by FPMC and awarded to Weinfeld, indeed launched their collaboration together in 2017 with La Petite Afrique, a prestigious and exclusive building in the heart of the trophy neighbourhood Carré d’ Or, in Monte Carlo, a building that has become internationally renowned for its elegance and exclusive details.
